    Question Phantom Semi-Auto

Came across one of these in the newspaper. It's a 12 gauge semi-auto shotgun. I have not seen it, but is said to be in "great condition." Selling for $450.
I have never heard of them so don't know a thing about them. Anybody heard of them or know anything about them?
    Thanks

    Default phantom

I did a quick search but didn't pull up much other than Century sells one by that name. From the pic it kinda looks like a Franchi.........
I can check at the shop tomorrow if you like. I can also check one of the online gun auction sites...

    ciao...

    Default hey reuben...

Thanks for the offer, but don't waste your time. I went and had a look at it this evening and found out a little more about it, definately NOT worth the $$$ imo. They are made in Turkey and they look it. Nice wood, but the steel is shotty looking and powder coated, which I don't care for. It would be a nice starter gun for someone, but I think you could find a better deal on a better gun. I am always on the lookout for used guns and will call about those I find in the paper, go view them, etc...had never heard of this make. Some are BANK and some are BUST!!!

    Talking I agree

That is a lot of bucks for a shotgun. Especially a crappy one..... Down here for that money you can buy a really nice (gently used) belgium browning A5...... or a really nice Remington 1100..... and the list goes on. At least then you know what you are getting!
