Does anybody have any loads for a Marlin 1895 converted to 40-65? I am also looking for .406 bullets both lead with and without gas caps and jacketed bullets. I heard Barnes used to make a copper .406 bullet. I don't know anybody who has old stock.
I bought some PMC 40-65 ammo. It is only $11.99 a box. I thought it would make good brass. The loads are light for my Marlin with only a 260 grain bullet. I would like a heavier bullet and load for my Marlin. Anybody shooting a 40-65 Marlin? Any help would be appricated?
