    Default ivishak and echooka river

    what month is best for running these rivers thinking of taking my boat up there end of july or early august. I know the rivers are pretty shallow and can drop any time but would love to run those rivers any info would be appreciated thanx
    has anyone fished these rivers in the upper reaches

    jerod might give some insight about that early. he has run up there.
    that early as far as i know USUALLY there is more water then. more rain and things still melting.
    I usually run there the end of Aug and early Sept.
    FISHING : have not done much but have heard quite a ways up Ivashak there is a hole that is black with Arctic Char.
    never have tried for them. that early they are probably down river and in the SAG.
    grayling are pretty much every where. some pretty good size ones can be taken up there.
    take plenty of bug dope and head nets

    do you have a jet boat or an airboat
