    Talking Military once fired brass

I just had an email forwarded from Congressman Don Young that stated the Department of Defense has changed it's policy and will again sell once fired brass to private business, without it being shredded. Hope this is true. I tried to copy and past the email but it would not work.

    That's good news.

What next, though? Other things that DON'T get changed? YUP.

What problem was the DOD trying to solve, or create?

Wait a minute. I bet the idea was designed to save the economy.
