Default Stop HR-45, FULL licensing/photo/fingerprints/permanent records

Ok All ...time to get in contact with your house representatives again... or sit around and risk becoming subject to complete licensing of all firearms purchases and sales, permanent records that include passport photo and thumb print required. Licensing would be required for any purchase or ownership, and you would not be able to be licensed without attending licensed training that includes the list of topics that HR-45 requires. You would not be able to transfer your guns, or have guns transferred to you, unless done through the system and only between licensed owners. HR-45 amends the Brady Bill to include these new requirements.

This is not only gun registration, but gun owner registration, and it's permanent. No exceptions. Don't forget the germans when then arrived in Paris... the first thing they did was go to the local law enforcement, get the list of guns and gun owners, and then promptly confiscated all of the guns in the country. Gun (and gun owner) registration is gun confiscation, the difference is only in the timing.

Thank you for listening... They didn't even get past the first week in office and voila! Here comes trouble for the 2nd Amendment.

They will keep hitting us with these until one or two get through. They are worried that they might loose a few seats duering the next election, so they need to do as much damage to the US while they can.

We all saw it coming and that's why gun shelves, ammo shelves, primers, powder, brass, bullets ...it's all gone off the shelves. That's great, but now it's time to commit to fighting for our rights. They are not privileges. They are rights. Obama said that he wishes to 'substantially change the constitution' in order to modernize it ....change we don't want. It's no joke.

Here are a few sites featuring this bill. There are much more but I am not all that happy about cut and paste.

And yes it has been mentioned on a few other firearms sites.

Then gun owners are walking around with their head's up in the clouds. We are currently experiencing a mulit-front sneak attack on all gun rights. Not only at the federal level with HR45, but in various states and cities there are similar proposals that have been put in play. Amazingly it's all going pretty much under the radar of the media and public alike.

just found out about this HR and emailed Begich. Was pleased to see that he created a "2nd Amendment" topic on his Contact form. Several weeks ago, guns were listed with Crime/Drugs/Guns. Not that I much faith in his ability to stand up to the likes of Harry Reid. I don't think he has the cojones.
