    Default First Archery Caribou

First Caribou with a bow. It was about 25 degrees. I shot him at about 20 yards. He expired within 3 minutes.

    Default Little feller

Shot this small buck last night at 501pm. Not a wallhanger by any stretch but my first buck with a bow, only my second deer with a bow. New PSE bow this year so couldn't be happier. Double lung shot and watched him fall at 60 yards. Cut up and already in the freezer.

Thanks Michael, I could not believe I got so shook up after the shot. I was in a treestand and wanted to wait at least 15 minutes. I checked the time and started shaking. I was really stoked and probably waited all of 10 minutes. Got down and checked the arrow-it passed through and found bright red blood. I walked right to him and he was done for. I always get excited but this was really different. One of my buddies said it was the bow hunting shakes.

Probably posted this before but what the heck. Here is a pic of my first black bear, killed it with my bow! Decent sized boar, he measued 6' 6" nose to tail and the skull was 17 5/8". Got it in unit 16A at my bait station. Gonna make an awesome rug. Not the best pic, forgot to put my bow in the pic though, but oh well.

My 2009 season Wyoming elk, Utah elk, and my Utah Mule Deer. I had a pretty good year over all.
