Exclamation Trail Report W.P.C. Willow AK. 1/21/09

Well I was out Wednesday choping lath out of the lake and putting lath and poles back up. Lakes are freezing back up! But they are ruff as he-- from snowmachine and 4-wheelers ripping though them. But once you get to the trails its pretty good. Scratchers are a good thing to have on your machine right now! Temps went down to 10 last night and should be cold again tonight. If we get a little snow it would be nice!
Don't forget about the Willow State Winter Carnival starts on 30th and runs through the 8th of Feb.
    Fun for all!!

We came back Mon. Kroto had a lot of water when get down to the end of it. If it freezes it will be fine. But until then, beware some of the water was over knee deep.I wouldn,t haul anything until then. Need some good cold days. And a coating of snow.

Things are freezing up but it is not a time to haul much of anything! Ice jumbles are bad from warm weather runners. I will be going over to the Deshka today, will update later!
