Talking Need help on saiga 308 pistol grip ak conversion

I would like to do a pistol grip conversion, but don't have a clue, after doing some digging online, on where to start.
I have seen a few sites on the subject but no step by step or clear photos. I would like to do it myself, but if i can't get good info i'll take it in. Any help would be appreciated.

    Default Tapco

Tapco makes a replacement stock with the pistol grip for about $70.

Go to www.Saiga-12.com and check out their forums. If you can't get a clear understanding on how to make your Saiga a better weapon there, then you need a gunsmith! There was even a link to a Youtube tutorial where a guy converted his Saiga (a 7.62x39) on his kitchen table. There's almost too much information.
