    Default Carbs

Check the carbs. Take the bowls off and dump the trash out. Also probably need to do a clean out.

The track not turning???? 1st check to see if the parking brake is on. If outside it's frozen. If indoors is the clutch engaging and turning?

If outdoors get it in and get things warmed up and start over with seasonal maintenance.

Check your compression. Hard starting often is a sign of worn out rings. Anything less than 100 psi and it's time to tear it apart. It's an easy check with a fairly cheap tool.

    1.Check fuel pump
2.hose from the case to fuel pump
    3.fuel filter
    4.Any ice in the track?
    5.Check the chaincase oil
6.Can put some sea foam in the gas to help the carbs if they are junky
