    Default Weatherproof bear lure/scent dispenser

    You will need...
1 empty plastic soda bottle with screw on cap.
1 Piece of wire, 1 foot long.
1 piece of felt, flannel etc. almost as long as your bottle.
Cut bottom off bottle with scissors, knife etc.
Heat tip of wire over a flame then stick it through the bottle cap, but do not widen the hole.
Wrap wire around the flannel strip, and slide back through cap so cloth is inside bottle and wire is sticking out the top.
Place your favorite lure on the flannel.
Pull down a very light tree limb/sapling that a coon can't get out on and wire the contraption to it and let limb slowly spring back up.
You now have a weatherproof lure dispenser that will give off scent without getting washed away by rain, snow etc.
    Happy hunting!!!
