Knik-Fairview dog kennels given protection
"This really makes it a matter of record and explicitly states that it is a lifestyle in this area. Be warned, if you don't like it, maybe you shouldn't move here. Don't come here, en masse, and squeeze out the lifestyle that many people came here for," he said.
Beware if you move to Knik-Fairview
We moved to Kink 3 1/2 years ago. We don't mush or intend to run a kennel. Within 4 months I was researching the Iditarod and the Native History. We adopted another dog. In the winter I laid in the snow along the trails as the racing teams went by and took photos of the races starting from the area. At night when I took my dogs out I listened to the kennels singing in waves up Knik-Goosebay Road. I bought a harness for the Labs but I don't intend to mush, Im learning to ski. We adopted another dog that wandered by but we don't intend to have a kennel. We built a 4 run kennel and out building with indoor dog boxes. I joined the Willow Dog Mushers Assoc. I don't intend to race but we just adopted a sprint dog. Beware if you move to Knik-Fairview.
LOL Linda. You don't intend to mush. Oh girl, don't you know that's how it starts? You've already been bitten.
