    Summer is GONE...its 19 above and still....so I have Internet again, and I'll post these now Posted them on another boards, but why not share them here?


    This is a smokehouse my oldest son built the day after we blew our 115E-tek outboard on our last trip to Deering, leaving camp behind, supossed to head up to Kobuk river...lucky it blew when it did!
    Sooo we would be burning time and Alders the right way, Son built this outta scraps and now had a reason to Fish all day LOL!
    . Being basicly "Washed up", we pitched a tent in a friends yard, and sent as much home as the mail could take...But we were still moving, so I headed out...she was at Deering fishing, and helping at the Post office while the Post lady is healing a broken wrist and I hunted through the freeze up on Kobuk River, as were smak inna middle of moving from there to here....

    Agnes holding a nice Jade Ulu, found by one of the kids as they swam..... pre steel as we say.....

    And moving to a Salmon Camp, carrying all the kids, tools, bedding, Tents, and lunch cut in half, but not skinned yet (Sand is everywhere)


    Hey....wheres the towel??


    Now I have to deal with "Winter...~LOL!~

    I dont like the 4 picture limit on posting.
