    Default Direct or loop

    I bought my first bow and the loop that i had on it broke in two mid draw .Any Recommendations for the replacement

    Any bow shop will have the cord. EZ to do yourself, check out this website.

    Did it break or come untied? I have shot tens of thousands of shots over the last 10 years and have yet to have one break. If it broke your release is most likely the culprit. If it has a burr in any way it will eat a d-loop in a hurry. The same release that eats d-loops will eat up a bow string in a hurry too if it has a burr.

    Finger shoot. Never had a string break on me yet or have a release fail for any reason.

    I shoot right off the string. Never have a problem doing it.

    Any bow shop can put one on for you. They are easy to put on. If you had the parts all you had to do is a search on the web and there is step by step pictures to show you.

    I think I'm the ONLY one, now... But I LOVE my metal D-Loop by QAD. "Lose a couple feet-per-second, Yadda, Yadda Yadda" but for consistency it cannot be beat.

    I've always wondered about these. You've had no adverse affects in terms of string wear?
