3 The Kodiak Fish & Game Advisory Committee will meet Thursday, December 4th 2008 at 7:00pm at the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge Visitors Center. The only agenda item will be discussion and action on an ACR concerning the Kodiak Area herring fishery, gillnet quota and management plan due to be taken up at the February 17-26, 2009 meeting of the BOF to be held in Sitka.
