    That took care of the folks in Germany. Here's whats on hand for the folks in the lower 48.

    I made about 2 pounds of dark chocolate nougat tonight. Tomorrow I'll be making a 60% coco and a 70% truffle and more mints. It's going to be a major production day tomarow!

    We might do one more round after that for folks up here.....maybe. Starting to get burned out on it and valentines day is right around the corner.

    Finished up Christmas eve over 15 pounds of chocolate in total! No I'm not making any more this month......unless you have really deeeeep pockets.
