Anyone familiar with Tri star over/unders?
I bought an O/U today; its a 12 guage Tristar.
My local outdoors shop had it for $300 and it seemed like a heckuva great buy for such a fine looking gun. It has some nice stainless and engraving and seems like a really quality piece for the dough.
I've wanted an O/U for a long time but never could bust the move money-wise...
Any thoughts on these guns?
Well, they have a great website and lots of info online...can't believe no one here has ever heard of this company.
From the website, it looks like their over/unders are turkish imports, probably similar to Huglu shotguns. I have a Huglu and it seems pretty decent. definitely a lower end O/U, but quite functional and reliable...and not too bad lookin'
