    be a long winter....
    How about one of these w/scott pump on a 21 or 22 foot boat?
    Anyone know anything about these motors?

    looks good. uscg aproved? do you now the hp ratings? are new little scott pumps could be a good pump for one.

    They've been around a while. Challenges would be US EPA '06 & '10.

    I dont know about the USCG? The advertised weight is 340 pounds, and ~270 HP.

    If they have been around awhile , I suspect that is a good thing, I forgot about the EPA, and I am sure your right, I doubt anything w/ a Holley carb is getting past the EPA today, So maybe its practical application is retrofit only.
    Do you know anything about their fuel consumption?
