    Good News:


    I called and obtained an e-mail address. Then I sent a note about my problem.

    I soon received a phone call from the owner who asked me a few questions and put another set of rings into the mail.

    I bought a pair of the exact same rings that you had the problem with, and I had the same problem only on both rings.

    I returned them to Midway.

    It's good that they are replacing yours, but after my experience and reading about problems others have had I'm done with Warne products.

    I bought a pair of Weaver rings locally for one third the price of the Warne product, and the Weaver rings seem to work fine.
