    I saved the liquid from a moose roast I made last week. Used it for stock in a soup this week. Lots of onion, garlic, shredded moose, carrots, barley, and spices. It's dang good and just spicy enough to stimulate my nostrils. Good winter soup.

    Hmmmm.....very interesting! Not that it doesn't look good, but that's not like any stew I've ever seen, much less the pumkin spice part. I've always just thought of stew as a thicker soup that you eat with a spoon....lol. Are those au gratin potatoes on the side?
