Default First Lynx - Only took two years

Not bad for my first cat catch. Caught in a #4 bridger that I just picked it up off of the for sale board. I started out this run by getting my hand caught in a trap, that really hurt and will probably be black and blue for a couple of days. I then checked a set that looks as though someone may have borrowed my catch. Not 100% sure on that. My second set had a nice lynx in it. Hopefully I will get another one.

Set - I used a #4 bridger with a snare set on the outside of the house. I built a condo style cubby; probably the biggest I have built to date. I used and old chicken leg as bait with some Klondike Call and AK Purrfect from Charles Dobbins site (trapperman.com).

Awesome conrats on a nice looking cat, hope there isn't a problem on your line so you don't have to deal with that crap.

    Question

Bearslayer: This is a question from someone who hasn't trapped--how did you dispatch it?

    Default fur

I use a .22 to dispatch. Some use a catch pole. Only a little hole in the fur.
