    Default 22-250 FMJ question

I am looking for some FMJ 22-250 ammo. Does anyone know where to find them. Full shells not just the bullets. I can't find any. My son and I have started critter calling and he currently has 45 grain jacketed hollow points. I am pretty sure I know how the opposite side will turn out and don't want to waste the furs. Even if you know someone who reloads and wants to get rid of some.

I don't shoot 22-250 so I don't know how good this stuff is.

You won't have to worry about the other side, since the bullet won't come out after entering. Depending in the make of hollow point you may have to worry about the entrance wound. As long as you don't whack them in the leg, back, or head the bullets should work fine.
FMJ's don't expand and are therefore very sh*tty for hunting use, specially on predators. They just run and run after shooting.
Your best bet is to find some 60g bullets, run them around 3100-3200fps then they "should" stay together. Most of all it is important to hit them in the correct place.
