Question Cleaning dirty rods. . .

Over the years, several of my rods have become pretty grungy, sporting an accumulation of fish slime, blood, egg juice, and more. The caked-on grime seems pretty impervious to simply wiping it off. Any suggestions as to how to give the rods a good, thorough cleaning?

    Default Showering with a friend...

Yeah, that's right Marcus. Take it in the shower with you and use an old toothbrush. Spray it first with a little Simple Green and then bristle away. When you get done, wipe it dry with a soft cloth and then polish it up with a little WD-40.

No pictures! I couldn't imgaine looking at you...
