    Thumbs up Wifes first bunny

Wasn't this weekend so I thought I'd start a new thread.

First rabbit for the wifey. Got it with the single shot N.E.F. .410. Hit it in a dead run and was super stoked! I was very proud of her and thought I'd share a picture. All together we got 6 (buddy got four, his boy another one).

    Default Awesome

That is cool...got the wife a new shotgun for her birthday last year for ducks...only got out once and none this year. Sure makes it more fun having them enjoy the outdoors with you. In my case we are learning all this together which is awesome. Congrats to the Mrs. and to you for having someone who shares your passions.

Yeah I was pumped a couple of weeks ago when I got my girlfriend to come out and help clean up moose camp at the end of the season, and was able to get on some spruce hens and she took her first one with one shot, it was sweet, a perfect neck shot. Man she was pumped and then a little bummed about killing it and then it was lost in the fact that she got her first spruce hen. perfect for me my plan is starting to come together

CONGRATS!! My wife got her first moose this year but she is still not sure about shooting rabbits just yet. Something about them being cute... I have a little pump savage 20g that I am going to get her shooting clays with pretty soon then we will see.

    Default Congrats!

Good job little lady! It's cool to see couples out hunting together. My wife loves to fish,(she gets real mad if I go with out her) but I have yet to get her out in the cold.
