    Default Music for makin' turns

I don't know if this has been addressed in a while. I want some new music to make turns to this winter. Any suggestions? I don't do white gospel or gangster rap.

I'm pretty much a R&R only type guy.

Tend to like live versions of most songs as they tend to have a bit more energy.

These tend to get queued up prior to that epic pow shot:

Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies - 25 Miles (Live)
Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies - Killing Floor (Live - bootleg)

Black Crowes - Black Moon Creeping (Live)
Black Crowes - Hard to Handle (Live)

I haven't heard any Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies since I was an undergrad. I'll have to throw some of that in the mix.

I picked up The Black Keys "Thickfreakness" yesterday. It sounds like great tunes for some tight spots.

The best song for the final push up a hill? White Wedding by Billy Idol.
The best serene scene music? Greenwaves by Secret Garden.
Best "get me going" tune? Jumping Jack Flash by The Stones.
Best Rock'nRoll song of all time? Enter Sandman by Metallica. Shot Down in Flames by AC/DC is right on it's heels.
Best "bring me down" song? Sand and Water by Beth Nielsen Chapman.

Road music? Anything Susan Tedeschi. Toss in some Papa Chubby, Joss Stone, and Keb Mo. A little BOC, The Who, and Bad Company for balance. Savoy Brown if you have it. Finish with The Wailin' Jennies and Patti Griffin to soothe your nerves. Garnish with a Grey Goose martini. Ahhhh.

My answer will be different tomorrow.
