Default Message from the Whittier Harbormaster

I ran across this the other day and thought I would pass this along.

He talks about the ramp improvements, harbor improvements, and the infinite Whittier slip waitlist. It is dated August 2008.

    Thanks Jim!

Let's hope the new harbormaster can clean up this situation.

Not to derail the thread, but has anyone seen the progress on the ramp? Does it appear that it will useable this spring?
