    Default Sausage or Pepperoni

    I was wondering if anybody here makes their ducks into something similar to pepperoni, or a sausage and if they do what are some recipes. Me and a couple of friends have been saving up ducks to use to create some sausage or pepperoni sticks.

    I had Mat Valley meats make teriyka sticks they are great

    Do they do other types of sticks, and how much duck meat did you take in there. I have a grinder and stuff and was just looking at grinding my meat up and mixing in some different spices. I was wondering if anybody had any tried and true recipes they love.

    yes they do other meats you need 20 pounds
