No public indoor ranges in anchorage that I know of. APD has one on dimond. I think what is now lybergers used to be an indoor shooting range. I shoot outside all winter, it's kind of nice, keeps the fairweather shooters away.

There's an indoor range in Fairbanks run by ADF&G. Handguns up to 45 caliber and .22 rimfire rifles (no .17's though) are allowed.

Anchorage really needs a public indoor range...wish somebody had the bucks to build one and keep it running.
