Thumbs up Seward Silvers till bright

    Just an update,
Went out yesterday in "reswrecked bay" with the family caught a few, but the fam. got wet and cold. Coldness Puts the skiff onto the trailer with the quickness. I was surprised to see how bright the fish were and the meat was firm. I have heard some discouraging news about snagging at the colvert. A bud of mine said two out the three he bagged were looking a little marked/faded. So maybe deeper is better? About 25-30 down w/ flashers and spinner. Almost 400 yards off the beach.

Ive been catching mine on a downrigger @ 40 feet with a three pound weight trolling about 3 knots, so it puts the bait about 30 feet.
