Default Lance is going to be on Conan tonight.

    From the Anchorage Daily News:

Mackey will be a guest on 'Conan O'Brien'
PUBLICITY: Musher will plug Discovery Channel's series about the
    Iditarod.

Step aside Scott Gomez. Another Alaskan who makes his living on
frozen water has invaded the Big Apple.

But this Alaskan is famous for his success with sled dogs -- not the
New York Rangers -- and he's only staying a short while.

Lance Mackey, a two-time defending Iditarod champion, four-time Yukon
Quest winner and throat-cancer survivor, is visiting New York City
for the first time this week -- and he's doing it East Coast style.

The 38-year-old Fairbanks musher will make his national television
debut Thursday at midnight as a guest on the NBC show "Late Night
    with Conan O'Brien."

Dick Makey, winner of the Iditorod by the closest margin ever, Me, Lance, only musher ever to win the Iditarod and the Yukon Quest in the same year. And he did it twice.

    Thumbs up

That was a great interview, thanks. I think that he is a great spokesman for the sport. I love the "we don't call it daydreamoing we call it hallucinating" line

Hahaha I fell asleep too! Just too long of a day for the previous few days. But I found it on NBC.com, a bit clearer then the youtube one but more hassel. I got to visit with him at the Sled Dog Symposium this weekend. He said Conan was a nice guy and invited him back. Yes, I loved the hallucinating line as well. Pure fun, that Lance hahahaha.
