There was an excellent segment on duck hunting last Saturday as well.

Are there any aspects of duck hunting you all would like discussed? I know Mark Drake, the host, and I will pass it on to him.

How about covering hunter responsibility to shoot an area that enables them to have a reasonable chance of finding a downed bird. I'm fortunate enough to hunt with a trained retriever. But, many out there aren't fortunate enough to have a dog and continue to shoot over deep water, heavy cover, etc. They have a greatly reduced chance of recovering a bird (especially a cripple). I can easliy say I would have lost at least 25% of my birds this season if it were not for my dog. I have lost none this year and my dog found a cripple left from somebody else.

Pose this question to everyone. If you knock down a bird, but can't find it, do you count it toward your limit?
