My .300 Weatherby and my .300 Win.Mag both performed very well with Reloader 22. Both are now departed from my safe. I did not try 7828 in these calibers, but I was not impressed with it's performance in the 7mm Rem Mag.

I will begin working with a .300 H&H Ackley improved in the next few weeks. I plan to try Reloader 22 and Reloader 25 with 180, 190, and 200 grain bullets.

My suggestions would be H1000, Retumbo and H4831 sc. Temp stable, best for accuracy. If you're not concerned about accuracy, ie., less than 200 yd shots the others might be better, but then again they migh not.

I'd try RL-22 and Retumbo right off the bat.

    Default 22

Alliant RL22 is all you need for any of the 'big 300' cases and 180 to 200 gr bullets.
