    Default Hinchinbrook Hunt Help!!

I have a cabin reserved on Hinchinbrook for a deer hunt in late November. The Air Taxi that was supposed to take us out of Valdez just cancelled on us. Does anyone know of an Air Taxi service that would fly us out of Valdez to Hinchinbrook in late November. Thanks in advance for the help....

How about flying/ferrying to Cordova and taking a transporter? Probably less likely to get stranded this way.

I don't know if they still do business but, years back when I lived in Valdez I made inquiry to Cordova Air. They were perfectly willing to come to Valdez and pick me up and put me on any island. Maybe they can help you.

    Default Boat to Hinchinbrook

It seems that most of the boats are not willing to go out to the island in late November due to the tide and weather, so it seems our only option would be by air. I found a few more taxi's on the chamber of commerce site and I will also try Jim Air and Cordova Air......Surely something will work out.....Thanks for the help so far!

No more Jim Air. Servant air flys in the sound from anchorage.

    Default Jim Air

Jim Air tried flying through a mountain pass in fog a couple summers ago......but didn't make it. Everyone survived, but the business didn't.
