    Default petersburg/kah sheets

Has anyone hunted the kah sheets bay area. I fished there this summer saw lots of shore birds when tide was out,a few puddle ducks and the same flock of geese everyday.. It looked like it would be terrific for waterfowl. Was thinking of doing a fishing/duck hunt trip to that area. Any info would be appreciated.

    Default Other Bets

Never hunted Kah Sheets, But like the other big flats it should hold birds. The hard part is finding a blind at low tide. Should be some good pass islands. Careful with your outboard.

Sea Ducks are an added bonus to most bags in the PSG area.

The South end of Blind Slough holds alot of ducks. Try the two outer most islands.

    Good luck.

    Default good bet

Sounds like a good bet. Like most places down there it might be kinda hard hiding during the low tide. Should be some good pass islands to hunt if I remember the area right.

Get to some rocky shores and bag a couple sea ducks to fill out the day.

The local fav is the south end of Blind Slough. If you have a boat check out the tow islands on the outside edge of the slough. I have seen alot of mallards in there.

Good luck and let me know how you did.
