    Question Pentax DCF...options???

Doug or any others who might know...

I tried a pair of Pentax DCF Binos one time and they were the only binoculars that I ever tried that had good glass and fit my face (very narrow). I ordered a pair from Doug and they were not the same SP, HS, whatever they happened to be.

My question...what do the acronyms stand for and what are the differences in them? Do you know of any that are narrower than the others?

    Thanks!

Pentax uses the acronym DCF (Deluxe Center Focus) on all of their binoculars. That's not what you need to pay attention to. For example. the frst really good phase coated Pentax was the DCF WP (Water Proof) that was replaced with the DCF SP (Supreme). Then they came back with the DCF WP II and the DCF HR II (High Resolution). They are all pretty different.

    Thumbs up Thanks...

Now I feel like a true idiot

Huh...I'll have to look back at what I tried earlier.
