I have been having a horrible experience with TRU-Glo and was wondering if anyone has had the same problems with this vendor. I received a new BDC scope from this vendor's high-end line of scopes last Christmas. Brand new in box...I put away until spring when I mounted on a Browning A-Bolt. The scope turrets and lenses were to say the least in no way aligned....nothing I did seemed to improve the scope workings. In June 2008, I returned the scope to TRU-GLO asking for warranty work. TRU-GLO replied the scope was so misadjusted, they offered to replace it. That was in July 2008....I still have not received the replacement scope despite multiple, multiple emails from Denny in their customer service department stating that a replacement scope was on its way to me.....

Am I alone in this experience with this company? I am so disappointed and just want my scope back so I can go hunting when the season opens....
