    Default Hunting Sunday In Seward

A friend and I are going out duck hunting Sunday, just wanted to know if anyone knows how the hunting has been going and any good spots we should check out.

    Default Bays

You would do better out of whittier. Hit the bays..is the best advice I can give you. Day Harbor has a few that are attractive. All my seaduck hunts and goose hunts are out of whittier. Great spots over there but not to familiar with Seward.

Good luck and shoot straight...make sure to hit those guns with some oil when you get back...you will have rust on them before you get back to the truck if they get wet.

How did it go in Seward. I have been thinking of hunting the area myself.
For this year I will hunt Homer starting mid Oct.

We got one Blue bill. Had a few mergansers fly into our spread. One Eagle try and steal a decoy and a couple of Harelquin swim just out of range. I am guessing that it should get better here with the cold temp coming in.
