My bear arrived from stateside today, finally. It has been a trial.
Just wanted to say thanks to all the folks that offered advice and help prior to, during and after my hunt in AK last year.
Have one more question now.
What is the best way to stop the tusks from splitting any more than they have. I have tried to pull them to see what's going on but they don't budge. The skull is as clean as a whistle.
I though maybe some clear drying wood glue might work.
Do bears have a cavity behind their canines like a hog or elephant does?
