Default Not going as planned - low water

We are sitting at our bush hotel in McGrath and have just found out the river we have planned to go into 8 months is to low.

Has anybody else been running into low water issues?

Looks like we will be making it up as we go.....

    Default low water

Yup. We are "in your boat" as well. Planned for about 2 months, and watched the water level drop ever since. Buddy and I are on to plan B now, but not as confident as I was a few weeks ago.

    Good luck to all.

    Default canoe only up here

Tributaries in the upper Yukon are rock bottom low, and unless we get some rain they will stay low. 20s again last night, feels like an early fall. 50s during the day with plenty of no-see-ums out there too. I can't even use my godevil now, just too low. Would advise any float hunters to seriously take the low water conditions into consideration before pulling the trigger if they have a long ways to float out.
    Good luck to all,
