The easist thing to do is get an free account at photobucket and up load your photos to an album on there. Once loaded the photo will have a series of pre set codes under it for you to use in your post on here or in emails or for website embedding.

The last code in the list starts with IMG and is the most common one to use on many forum systems. You just have to click the code and then switch the window to your message post and paste the code into it. photobucket pre sets the photos to the correct size for viewing so you don't have to do that prior to up loading.

Default Sticky is what you are asking about,

    This is from the FAQs:

    What are sticky threads?

'Sticky' threads are created by moderators or administrators (?), and remain 'stuck' to the top of the listing, even if they haven't had any posts recently. Their purpose is to keep important information visible and accessible at all times.

Umm, that was pretty clear in the FAQ: they are created by moderators. You have to ask a moderator to create one since they are not mind readers.

Send a PM to a moderator detailing your request and if they agree then they will put a sticky into this forum.

Tailchaser and I made another afternoon hunt on the Alaganick River yesterday. We made it to the spot at 5:30pm and I picked up our 16th duck at 7:35pm. Not bad for an afternoon shoot. The pics look a little rough b/c it rained on us the whole time, but the pile consists of 9 mallards, 3 teal, and 4 widgeon. There were also 2 mallards and 2 pintails from the day before. We had 10 that day, but I gave the 6 teal away.

Then this morning we decided to give the ducks a break and go bear hunting. We saw a small black bear and a brown bear around 8 foot. No shooters. Maybe next time. On the way home we saw a spruce grouse sitting on the side of the road. I turned around and went back and ended up jumping a covey of 5. We grabbed the slingshot and a bag of marbles and went to work. Tailchaser ended up killing two and I got two. Not a bad morning!!

    Default 9/11 Fun

Tailchaser and I spent another morning on the Alaganick shooting a few birds today. We ended with a mix of teal and mallards and finished our limit in about an hour and forty-five minutes. Then it was on to other things.

We found a few otters playing down by the ferry terminals There was a cool white one in the group and I'd never seen on like him before.

Here's a shot of my 80 year old great uncle. He turned 80 in May and then ran a 26 mile marathon in June. He did it in an six hours and sixteen minutes. Now he's on his 10th trip to Alaska and is holding his own up here fishing and hiking! I hope I can go like him when I'm his age!!
