    What do I need to patch my Zodiac Zod?

    I believe Zodiac are made of Hypalon, a rubber compound. So you need some Hypalon fabric and adhesive. Or you can just buy a repair kit. More info here: http://www.nrsweb.com/shop/product_list.asp?deptid=978

    Another option is to use Tear-Aid (Type A) if all you need to do is patch a simple hole.

    Default aquaseal

    I have had good luck with using aquaseal. it comes in a tube and is kind of thick, so can build a layer over the hole. I repaired a 2 foot rip in the bottom of a zodiac after the repair patches fell off in a few days and it lasted a couple years. then i just spread on more.
