    Question Bait station getting hit

Bait stations are getting active in my area...plan to do some calling around there this week. Saw a brownie across the creek from one station this weekend, showed no interest in coming across to the station...could it have been a legal shot?

My 2 cents would be if it was near your bait station then I would not shot it. Nothing worse then to have someone second gusses you and play arm chair quarterback.

Definetly not, sounds like he was pretty close to your bait site and like AG said, don't take the chance with Fish and Game because chances are real good they will say he was taken on or near the bait. It's not worth the gamble in my opnion.

    Red face Photo Op

Definately a "No Shooter", but that does not mean you can't take a nice picture of him.
