    Default shooting times

well was just looking at the waterfowl regs and the time charts. its says for shooting hours (migratory bird hunting is permitted from one-half hour before sunrise until sunset. The following tables are exact shooting times.) fairbanks says 6:02 so i guess my question is does that already have the half hour subtracted. i think it does but just looking for carificatoin.

    thanks,
    matt

If it says 6:02 then you cant start shooting till 6:02. That is the legal shooting time not 5:32.

No worries Matt, if you actually look up the sunrise times for September 2008 in Fairbanks, Alaska it will tell you its 6:33am subtract the 30 min which they have done and you have 6:03 but Alaska gave us one minute....
