Kudos to all of you that have taken or will take a trophy animal this year... I have seen some great pictures so far and love seeing photos of high quality kills. For the rest of us, here is how to make your average animal look like it is the size of King Kong:

    1) Stand 1/4 mile behind the animal when you take the picture
    2) put the hoof/paw/other extremities about 2 inches from the lens
    3) drape the animal on the ground and have someone 5 feet tall or less lay on it.
    4) for fish, hold the carcass straight out and have the camera angled so, from mouth to fin, it looks as long as you are tall.

I've seen some ridiculous photos around Alaska. This year, lets take it to the extreme and see if we can get some outlandish photos posted. Also, please provide other examples of how to make substandard kills look like the trophies we wish we had shot

    Enjoy the hunting season!

Usless info.... Sorry to jab at you but without a way to make a 34" barely full curl ram look like a 42" bruiser then the list is horribly incomplete!

Clay LuJon, clay. Wow I can't believe you don't keep it with your camera.

Nah, any bull is a great bull, doesn't have to be the biggest out there.
The emphasis is on accuracy, not power!

I just saw a pic of a well known outdoors author with a bull elk who's antlers appeared to be at least as tall as him. If he is about 6' tall that is one for the books.
