Default Any recommended fish processors in Anchorage?

Anybody have recommendations for a fish processor/smoker in Anchorage? I'm thinking that this years Xmas gifts for my lower 48 kin will be smoked salmon that I've caught.

I live in midtown so just about anywhere in town is okay, northern Anchorage is preferred. The only one that I really know of is the one on north Muldoon, about a mile south of the highway, but I dont know anything about them.

Dang, minimum order to have smoked is 20 pounds @ 3.45 a pound.

All I've got left is just the one fish, gave all the rest away...

With only one fish, your best bet is going to be just buy some smoked salmon pre-packaged. Here are a couple of good places.

    Must be a small family.

Your best bet is either to buy some, or find a friend who smokes his/her own and offer to buy them beer/dinner in exchange for smoking your fish.

Heh, all I wanted on this fish was for my own use, for the gifts I'm planning on smoking all the other fish I'll catch in the rest of the season.

I worked out a deal with a buddy of mine who has a smoker and knows how to use it, he hasnt had the time to go fishing this year at all, so for every 2 fish I hand him, he'll hand me 1 back thats smoked, works out well for everyone.
