    Default My pod

Will be sporting some new clothes this year.
Doors closed for hunting in flat open areas

Doors open for killling ducks, geese, cranes.

    Side shot of doors closed

Cross bar in place. Blind will be in this position while under power. Also for hunting in tall reeds

Not shown: MM and mud motor cover, Just as camoed out. I will be adding some natural cover to the whole works when the time comes, 12 more days. Doors open with bungie cords. Entire blind gos on in less then 5 minutes.
The doors and (front deck (not seen under raffia)are from an old truck bed liner. I also used strips of bed liner with holes drilled in it and attached raffia with zip ties to them. They go on and off fast. I needed a blind that can go on and off fast because of the way the pod is transported, on top of my X or on top of my flat bottom. Plus I work alone most of the time so it needed to be manageable for one.

You'll be needing that when I pond swat a few ducks and the wind/water current pushes them out into the lake a ways.
