    Default 20 MIle

Driving home from Seward last night around 7:30 PM, I saw several boats around the beach area at 20 Mile. One looked a little strange from a distance and as I got closer, you could see the back end was sunk and the bow was up to the beach. BUMMER Any one know what happened? I bet that wasn't fun to retrieve

    Default What color was it?

Are you sure they didnt just have it nosed up on the bank? It really washed out the last couple weeks and is really steep now.

    Default It was black

at least the part I could see. It looked like one of those Eagle jet boats as best I could tell. It certainly was nosed up, as the last 2/3rds was under water. Not a pretty picture.

I heard it was one of them 13 foot jetcraft sprinters pulled up to the steep incline and took water over the back... I guess he took it home, drained the oil/water, flushed, and now its back up and running. High nose attitude, heavy in the rear, and a "following sea" combine to make for a bad day!

I saw it also but not real well, I thought it was some kind of stubby thing, sunken back end would make sense.
