Default Pump Station 2 Boat Launch on the SAG

How is the water level in the SAG up around Pump Station 2. I plan on heading that way on monday and wonder if anyone has been that far north for Caribou yet. Anyone else heading that way and wants to follow me up shoot me a message. I will let you all know next weekend how it goes.

There's a USGS gaging station on the Sag near PS3 that tells you the water level. Here's the link:

    http://waterdata.usgs.gov/usa/nwis/uv?site_no=15908000

No need to pay attention to the numbers, just the blue line (current level) and brown triangles (normal level for that date).

I would guess conditions are pretty similar at PS2, but maybe lagged behind by a day or so. I don't know the Sag well enough to know how much they differ, but in general for most streams you can expect high or low water to take longer to hit downstream than upstream.

    Default Thank you.

Thanks for the post. It looks like it is normal for this time of year. Temps just above freezing. If it drops too much though the water won't be liquid.

    Default pump 2

I'm workin at ps2 and the water looks normal. Travel from Deadhorse to ps2 every day. There were a few hunters in the last couple weeks but most are gone. Only saw 1 camp that looked like they got a couple. Can say I've only seen 3 boo in the last couple weeks, but Musk Ox every day.
Even a jackass won't stumble on the same stone twice.
