    Default Kudos to Remington

Had a customer who ran his semi new 700 over with his truck...did the gauge pin test and it didnt pass muster, so off to Remington with the "hey Remington dudes, this guy ran it over with his truck and the barrel is bent".

They sent him a brand new gun.

The guys and gals at REMINGTON are pretty good folks to deal with. They sent me a new stock a couple weeks back, after my old old failed. It was not under warranty, but they stuck a new stock in the mail (Priority no less) free of charge,,, after I offered to buy a new one.

I wish other companies did that....I will be a repeat customer, again...

Doing little stuff like that makes a lot of money in the long run. This story coupled with Float Pilots experience shared with 4,673 active members (who I assume browe most popular categories as I do) means a lot of good PR for Remington.
