    Default Kasilof River regulations???

Am I reading the regs for the Kasilof River correctly where it states that you can use "only one unbaited, single hook, artificial lure from Sept. 1st - May 15th", so you can use multiple hooks the remainder of the year? So you can use two hooks with an egg loop (one hook trailing) and quickfish out of the box with two treble hooks on it?

Also why is the river closed to fishing from a boat upstream from the Sterling Hwy. bridge from August 1st - August 15th? Is this to make sure the last kings make it to spawing grounds or to let some silvers make it up the river?

    Thanks,
    Scott
