    Default Sheep Gear

Just getting ready for a Sheep Hunt this fall just wanted to find out what everyone is using these days for tents, sleeping bags, back packs, etc. Any info would help it has been a while since I went.

Can't seem to recall what it is called right now. Went to the Barney's web site to check but it is not up and running right now. Not the Pinnacle but one size down that sits on the flip put shelf. If I was a guy that did lots of brown bear hunting I'd go with the Pinnacle (I think that is what it is called). As for my sheep and goat hunts the smaller one has plenty of room.

I have alot of the same gear...
Tent: Big Agnes Seedhouse 1 (not the SL)
    Bag: Cats Meow
    Pack: Barneys Pinnacle.
    spotter: pentax PF65EDII
    Binos: Minox HG

I like to put everything in the bag and at 6'5" every bit of my gear is larger than the norm, hopefully the sheep I haul out will take after my gear.

Is anyone else scratching their head as to why Big Agnes has not produced a decent ultra light 20* bag? With no insulation in the back they should be king of the UL 20* bag! instead they are a pound heavier and have useless additions like the pillow pouch.

I have the same bag, I think it's something like the hunter or something like that. I know its about 6500 ci so it's plenty big. I like to stuff evrything for sheep hunting inside so it doesnt get mangled through the brush bustin. Also I got the 500 weight cordura to save a little weight.
